Automation: how to copy the last comment in an "A" issue to "B" issue in different projects Jira?

We have got two Jira  projects ( A & B ). If A project have got issue with "...." component we create a clone issue in B project. 

I would like to create rule that will do: 
If issue in B project have got Status = Done or Close & Assignee = user_name & Linked issues = clone & Component = "...."   we will copy the last comment from issue in B project to root issue in A project & close issue in A project. 

Please help me, how I can create such a rule from beginning to end? Thank you.

That being noted: what have you tried thus far to solve this?  If you have started an automation rule, please post images of your complete rule, the audit log details, and explain what is not working as you expect.

Also to help, please note your rule will need to be global, and not project in scope, in order to access and change multiple projects.  So your Jira site admin will need to create the rule. 

And global rules have limits on the number of executions per month, depending upon your Jira Cloud license level.  Please discuss this with your site admin to learn more.
