Suggestions for best capacity management add-on for JIRA cloud?

The 'capacity management' capability within JIRA Portfolio is lackluster and insufficient for our needs. We are looking to replace the excel sheet we currently use. I have looked into and gotten a brief demo for Tempo Planner and a demo for ActivityTimeline. Thanks in advance!
