how to enable multiple sprints at the same time

I want to enable multiple parallel sprints  in JIRA, where is the configuration?

In Team Managed projects the feature to support parallel sprints is always on. There is no step to enable (or disable) it. You just start another sprint in the scrum board.

Allow multiple sprints to run at the same time. This feature doesn't apply to team-managed projects.
