Try to upload the File (ISO file)

Hello,

I have faced some issues with the Jira platform.

• What is the maximum file size that we can upload in a software project?
• Is there any limitation in the type of files uploaded?

Yesterday, we tried 13.5 GB files and 5.4 GB files, but it's not uploaded properly and it's taking too much time, so kindly give me a solution to this.

Note that the "Documents" section in your screenshot is not a standard Jira feature, but you are using the Documents for Jira app!
