The status of story is open and the status of all its sub tasks is done. The sprint is completed.
What happens to the story and its subtasks?

If you have any automation that if all subtasks are done, then story will also get closed.
If you don't have any type of automation, you can close the story and if that story is in Sprint, it shows that story is not completed in the current sprint.
