Is there a way to get a report or a widget to track when issues are added or removed from a sprint? We are looking to track the sprint churn in a report. We don't have Scriptrunner.

The Burndown Chart includes a list of issue changes (added, removed, and modifying estimates) per sprint. Does that not meet your need?
