Missing space

Question

Hey Confluence Community,

I know this is a common question and I have researched the Q&A and tried the solutions. In Confluence Cloud, I recently created a bunch of new Confluence spaces tied to Jira projects. But that seems to have killed the main space for my account.

I don't see it in the trash, and I am an admin, so I see everything. So I am pretty sure it's not a permissions issue.

I cannot find this DEALSTAMPE space anywhere.

Do you all have any suggestions?

hey Kris,

Unfortunately, the space is not listed there.

It's like it was the default space and once I created a new space, the default space disappeared.

I am going to see what the cloud support team says.

Hi Sushant,

So the problem is two-fold.

1) I am on the free plan for now, so I cannot modify space permissions

2) I don't even see the space in the list of spaces.

So I will reach out to the cloud support team.

Hi @Jim Murphy ,

Being an admin, doesn't automatically grant you the permissions to see the content of any space.

Can you navigate to the Confluence settings, and then select 'Space Permissions'. Is the DEALSTAMPE space listed there ? If so, you can use the 'manage permissions' link to check the permissions.
