I can't receive more emails using Jira ?

I have these errors

javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted

Some questions and things to check...

* are others receiving emails?
* is this happening on all projects?
* Are you working with company managed projects or team managed projects or both?
* Unless otherwise configured, you generally will not receive an email for any change that you make yourself.
* check your personal notification configuration - click on your avatar and then personal settings and inspect the notifications you have set up.
* Check the project where you're not getting notifications bad go to Project settings and then notifications ensure that you are in a group a role that is set up to receive notifications.
* click on the cog in the upper right corner and select system. In the side bar select notification helper. Fill in the appropriate fields and observe the results.
