Create Webhook in JSM to integrate azure monitor with JSM

Hi, 

I am trying to create webhook in Jira with below mentioned instructions. However, I am not sure about the URL. 

what should be the URL while creating webhook ? 

do we need to construct ourselves to create a webhook so that we can mention tha tin azure monitor to send alerts to JSM ?

1. Log in as a user with the Administer Jira global permission.

2. Choose  > System. Under Advanced, select WebHooks.
