scrum board (backlog panel) is not updated when add new defect.

Question

Hi,

We use jira cloud. And in the past it seems to works, and stop working about 2 days ago.

1. when it's working:
1. developer create defect

2. I have a filter to pull all defects

3. the scrum board point to that filter. 
and developer can see the new defect in the "backlog" view.

2. When it's not working:

step 1 and 2 works fine. just at step 3, the new defect doesn't show up in "backog" view. 
i tried edge and chrome. log in/out, no luck.

Hi @John Sheng

Depending on where you added the new issue, it may not immediately appear in the backlog view, as that page does not continually update.

If you added it in-line (with the +Create Issue in the list) they appear immediately.  But if you used the Create button at the top of the page, or from another browser/tab, I would expect you often need to refresh the page for the issue to appear.

The same is true when changing fields, such as story points and other fields shown in the backlog's list of issues.

then issue went away somehow. and works fine in past months.

Now it seems like it come back.
