Not receiving email notifications from Jira

I am not receiving any emails from JIRA

I turned on/off email notifications in Jira but it didn't worked. Anyone can help me please?

our platform is https://newellbrands.atlassian.net and my email id azaarutheen.musthafaa@newellco.com

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email address is getting blocked for some reason.
