I am unable to call this api 

/rest/api/2/issue/createmeta/{projectIdOrKey}/issuetypes

Getting  below error

I have already tried below api's and they all are working with my apiKey
/rest/api/2/project
/rest/api/2/issue/createmeta?expand=projects.issuetypes.fields

if you need to retrieve issue type for a specific project, on a cloud instance, you could use the following rest api https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issue-types/#api-rest-api-3-issuetype-project-get
