"By mistake I forgot to close previous sprint. In Jira board for LP360, currently there are 2 active sprints so, I am not getting close sprint option. Please help me & close my previous sprint - Sprint 0"

Go to Active Sprint on your project sidebar >> select the sprint you want to complete from the sprint drop-down>> Click Complete Sprint.
