Can you add resources to projects?

Thanks for the information, but i was also looking for an option to list resources that can be picked from, including things like external contractors?

Welcome to the community!

If you are the project admin, you can add the users to project via :

* From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Access.
* Select Add people.
* Type a name, group, or email address.
* Select the person's role in your project from the Role dropdown.
* Select Add.
