An issue will be considered completed in a sprint only if it is in the column farthest to the right on the board. Is that true for your issues?

No, it is not.
The most right side is "REOPENED/BLOCKED" so "DONE" is 2nd line from right side.
How can I change the status on board?
ex) current: DONE | REOPENED/BLOCKED
-> changed: REOPENED/BLOCKED | DONE

What is the architecture of the project? Is it a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the Board.
Are you the administrator for the board or for the project?
An administrator will be able to rearrange the order of the columns on the board. The steps to do that depend on the architecture of the project.
For a Company Managed project the administrator would click on the ... button in the upper right corner of the board and select "Board Settings".
Then select Columns.
Then the columns can be selected, dragged, and dropped into a new order.
For a Team Managed board, the administrator would click on the ... button and select Configure Board.
And there the columns can be selected, dragged, and dropped into a new order.
