We'd like to have a message sent to a Slack channel when/if a specific JIRA user is tagged in Comments section. Does anyone know how to achieve this? I'd greatly appreciate the suggestion.

@Teresa_DevSamurai Thank you for your reply. It is not a matter of the method to use in this case. What I am not sure is how to send it only when specific user is tagged in Comments. Is there a "smart value" for it and what is it?
Ya, I see what you mean now; I think it could use the "Automation" feature, but I'm not sure it will work in your case, so we'll have to wait for answers from others.
