Issue when connecting Jira with Power Automate

Hi Everyone

I am having a issue when trying to connect Microsoft Power Automate to Jira, I want to try to create a flow to populate a Sharepoint list when a new issue is submitted to Jira however the Jira connector keeps erroring with:

X-Request-JiraInstance is not provided

I have established the connection using the API token but still receving this error

Any help is greatly apprecaited

is the above issue resolved? I am facing similar issue when I am trying to use the trigger when an issue is closed to update the status in Sharepoint list.

I have talked to Power Platform support and they have been aware of the error and are still working on a solution. Try it again in a week.

no not yet, i spoke to Atlassian support about it but their only solution was for me to pay them $2000 USD to get it setup

Atlassian and Microsoft need to fix this.

It's a premium connector in Power Automate, and therefore we're paying for it. Ignoring the issue is unacceptable.

The connector for when an issue is created works. It asks for an environment and a project.

The connector for when an issue is completed doesn't work, and only requests a project (not an environment, despite Microsoft's technical docs saying that is an input for the trigger).

I managed to solve this by first entering my Jira instance domain, e.g. https://example.atlassian.net/.

After that, the Project dropdown got populated successfully.

I got worried that this remained unfixed for so long. In the Jira Connector docs the field "Jira Instance is not mentioned as required, likewise in the UI. "Jira Instance" should IMO be the first field there and also a required field. That would save a lot of headaches.
