Use Select List field on the form.

Question

I would like to know if it is possible to use this field Select List (cascading) of JItra in the form.

I would need to use this field or a similar one, but the form doesn't have such a field and won't let me use JIra's.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

If you create a Proforma form, you should be able to add what you like.

It was really just aesthetics. Is that this type of field would be perfect for my need.
