I need a Gadget that doesn't exist

Jira has Gadgets for Time to First Response and Resolution Time.
But I need a Gadget for Time to Assignment

I only see 30 Gadgets.
How do I create a custom Gadget?

I am assuming by a gadget you mean metric. You would need to create the Time to Assignment SLA. You could then use this as a metric in a JSM report.
