I have an automation rule created to comment on the linked ticket when a fix version is added to a ticket. However the {{issue.fixVersions}} syntax doesn't seem to be working.
Background:
We have a project for our services team to enter tickets, once they are approved the ticket is cloned and the cloned ticket is moved to a development project (done automatically).
We need the tickets to be able to communicate with one another, and one piece of information the services team needs to know is what fix version their ticket will be fixed in.
So I created a rule that will trigger when the development ticket's fix version is updated, and it will add a comment to the services ticket. The comment gets triggered as expected however the fix version from the development ticket, and release date are not getting pulled into the comment.
