How to do I enable apps?

Hey everyone!

I have just taken over management of Jira, I have an administrator role but I am unable to find where to enable apps.

We utilise the Checkout App but the option to enable/disable it does not appear under the apps as expected.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

Hi @Kieran.Heseltine

* Click on the Admin gear, top right, and select Apps
* Select Manage Apps in the left nav bar (this screen takes a while to populate)

for the cloud instance you cannot enable/disable a specific app. You need just install/unistall it (https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/managing-apps-1097175863.html#Managingapps-viewdetailsViewappdetails).
