Disable an account using REST APi not working

I am trying to disable a user via the REST api

https://[DOMAIN].atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user

using the Basic auth - email address and Token

 

The body is (raw) JSON

}

But then I get a 500 error as below

Any ideas ????
