How often in those support?? The checklists in the task do not work - just a white screen in its place. All the checklists in the project have flown !!!!!!!!!!

Checklists are not a native Jira feature. Please check which checklist app is in use on your Jira instance and reach out to the support team of the respective Marketplace Partner.
Community members will not be able to help you with this, except for the team behind the app, and they are easier reached through their support channels.
