is it possible to make a daily task counter?

I'm trying to make a JQL query to get the log of all the cases that have worked the collaborators of my project, but the problem is that for now I can only count the tasks that are assigned to some collaborator and I need to do something that tells me everything that have been assigned throughout the day.

You can find all the issues where a given user was assigned to the issue at some point during the day using the WAS operator:

assignee WAS <user> DURING(startOfDay(),endOfDay())
