Hello, I want to create a report from a JIRA form. How can I do that?

What report are you looking to create? Do you want to report on data within the form? Currently that is only possible if you map the form field to a Jira field. Atlassian is working on an API for forms that will soon be available, according to the public roadmap it is currently on track for a Q2 2023 availability.
