Estas parecen ser pantallas diferentes. ¿Puede proporcionar imágenes a pantalla completa para que podamos ver el contexto en el que se muestran?
Desde la primera imagen que proporcionó, creo que puede estar viendo un problema en un proyecto de gestión de servicios. Y esa primera imagen parece ser de la vista Detalles del problema que es visible para los agentes de administración de servicios.
No tengo claro de qué pantalla proviene la segunda imagen.

These appear to be different screens. Can you provide full screen images so we can see the context of where these are being displayed?
From the first image you provided I think you may be looking at an issue in a Service Management project. And that first image appears to be from the Issue Details view that is visible to Service Management Agents.
I'm unclear what screen your second image came from.
