Hi guys, how can I unlock a locked custom field (e.g. Epic name) if I use an OnDemand Version of Jira? Any clue?
You can't, because you need to amend the database directly and that's not possible in OnDemand.
I think you'll need to raise a support call with OnDemand support - I don't know if they'll allow unlocking (fields are locked for a reason), but there's no harm in asking
