Currently on a free plan but considering getting the subscription if our end users are able to use SSO to sign in to the portal site.

The documentation on the site doesn't make it clear if this SSO support is just for our internal agents or can be used by our end users.
@[deleted]Are your end users (customers) and agents on the same identity provider? If they are then it will also work for them.
