I want to hit the xray rest api and I have client_id and client_secret key but still getting 401 err

https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/internal/import/results?testExecKey=NTS-XX&projectKey=XXX

I want to import the execution status of cucumber result into Xray with above api I am using client_id and client_secret keys to authenticate

but still getting 401

Can anyone suggest is anything I need to do more?
