Is there a way to create Global Organizations for JSM?

In JSM I'm looking to create a global organization that can be auto applied as a set of customers within all JSM projects that get created. The reason we're looking to do this is because we want to create JSM projects for each area of the business that is customer facing. 

For example:

- Support
- Sales
- Incidents
- etc

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

To manage Jira Service Management organizations and customers globally, in bulk or/and automatically, I can think of a couple of options:

1. Automation within the project settings by using "Add service project customer" action. Although that would not create the organization I believe, just adds customers to a created one.
2. Within the set of Jira API endpoints available for Jira Service Management, you would be able to create some sort of script automation by calling the following endpoints (you will need to know how to use the REST API endpoints which will require a bit of training): 
   
   1. Create organization: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-organization/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-organization-post
   2. Add users to organization: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-organization/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-organization-organizationid-user-post
   3. Add organization: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-organization/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-servicedeskid-organization-post
3. And lastly, by using any of the CRM apps listed in the Atlassian marketplace that allow you to manage organizations and customers in a global way such as some in the following list: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=CRM
