Authentication policies

Hello, 

I need help with Jira Service Management, which I intend to use as a ticking system. I've set up SSO and user provisioning, as well as authentication policies to enforce SSO.

 

In the user provisioning, I can see that my Azure group has been synchronized, as well as my test users. Jira Users group is set to access customer portal only.

 

However, when my test user attempted to login, it did not work, and after checking around, I discovered that the user was not listed as a member in the authentication policies; I had to manually add him, and only the test user was able to login. Is there any way for the user to automatically become a member of the authentication policies?

Hi @Prince Saharan set your Users in Azure AD SSO authentication policy as the default policy. Here's a snippet from Atlassian's documentation:

Your managed accounts provide you with a pool of users for authentication policies. You assign users to be members of policies. Your organization starts with a default authentication policy. The default policy contains login settings for its members. When you provision new managed accounts, we add them as members to your default policy.
