How can I filter/search issue that have been in priority "High" but now they aren't?

Question

Let's say I created an issue and tagged it as "High" priority; later on, it became "Low" - meaning that when I filter issues by priority, it won't be High anymore.

As well an issue was created as medium, after 2 days became High, bus then got back to be medium

I'm searching for all of the issue that  at list once in their lifetime were tagged as High

Indeed

"priority was in (High) BEFORE 2023-04-30 order by created DESC"
