Using a google form to create ticket

Does anyone have any good examples of google forms that link into jira system for effective briefing tickets

I am not sure why using Google Forms as an input is better than for example using a Jira Service Management desk.

But it seems that this guy solved the problem by:

* creating a new row in a Google Sheet from each form submissions
* then syncing the row to a Jira issue using the Jira REST API

That's exactly I'd try.
