Test case import using xray plugin is not working for particular CSV alone

Hi Team,
The attached CSV alone creates a problem for us while we use "Test case importer" using xray plugin in jira cloud. I have a open ticket already with xray here: https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/SUPPORT-61342

They asked me to create a ticket here as well. kindly resolve this issue.
