We would like to know ways to disable "Switch to a different site" from the Confluence application using a appconfig key. We only wanted our users to login to our sites only. Do we have any particular key for that.

You can restrict your applications to certain groups only. If you visit https://YOURDOMAINHERE.atlassian.net/wiki/plugins/servlet/customize-application-navigator you can adjust these to your likings.
