How do you set-up permissions to ensure when you add new staff they can view all projects

Question

Hi I am an administrator in our Jira but was unable to view projects and some of their information without being individually added to projects in Jira. is there a way to ensure certain users when added are automatically added to all existing projects in Jira so that things like Tempo or Cost Tracker work, without having to individually add to projects?

Thanks I resolved this with support it was a groups and permissions setting.

Are you considering for only Jira Administrator or all the end user?
