I need some customers to open requests anonymously on the portal. Is it possible to make this configuration?
Do I need to have a specific Service Managemnet plan?

Yes, it is possible to allow customers to open requests anonymously on the portal. To do this, the site admin needs to allow customers to create accounts and select Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in. Then the project admin can go to Service project settings () > Channels > Customer permissions and choose Anyone allowed on the customer access settings. This can be done on any Service Management plan, but the steps may vary slightly depending on whether it is a team-managed or company-managed project.
