Find all tickets that are actively blocked

Hi!

I would like to have a list of tickets that are blocked by other tickets, where these blocking tickets are not done.

I know I can filter by `issueLinkType = "is blocked by"` but this lists all tickets that have been blocked. If the blocking tickets are DONE, they are actually not actively blocking anymore.

I'm not a JQL expert but I thought of something like this (Pseudocode):

issueLinkType = "is blocked by" AND issueLink in (issueLinkType = "blocks" AND status != "DONE")

This is not a correct query.

Is there a way to create a query like that?
