Does the cloud version offer a way to show red, yellow, and green status for JIRA?

What do you mean exactly? The same setting that you have in your JIRA, you'll have in your JIRA cloud. Unless if it's a third party plugin that does that. If it's a third party plugin, we would need to check if we have it available in Cloud, otherwise we won't have.
