What have you configured in Scriptrunner that is sending the emails?
we are working with the script listener in scriptrunner for jira cloud
we useĀ MarkupBuilder and then the post function
Scriptrunner doesn't have mail send functions in it, but you can write them - seeĀ https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Adaptavist-questions/Send-email-by-script-runner-CLOUD/qaq-p/862709 for a sample.
