How to update Jira description/summary using transition issue API?

How do I edit a Jira description or summary using this API? This is my payload:

This is the error message i received:

"description": "Field 'description' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."

in order to perform that operation fields Summary and Description should be in the transition screen. More information about how to manage trasition screen is available here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/work-with-issue-workflows/
