i am importing a csv file where more that one comment columns are there, which are needed to be import in sequential order, but only 3 columns are getting imported in sequential order after that randomly added .

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When you are importing comments through CSV import you can specify the Comment Date. If you do that it should not matter what order they are imported in because you will be explicitly setting the Comment date.
