Moved issue not displaying in active sprint

Question

Hi,

I have just moved an issue from one project to another project. However, the issue is not displaying in the active sprint even though the sprint on the issue is the active sprint in the new project. I can find the issues in the issue tab on the left hand menu. The issues aren't displaying in the backlog either.

Looking for advice to add these issues to the active sprint in the new project. :)

Hi @Courtney Sexton -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A board is a view of a project's issues, based on a filter.  Have you checked that your moved issue matches the filter for the new project?  If it does not match it will not appear in the backlog or on the board.

And, what are the types of source and destination projects: Company-managed or Team-managed?
