I am trying to create a new request if a checkbox is 'checked' in a form.
Is it possible with out using add ons?
Hi Laura,
You will need to create a custom field for Checkbox type if you have not already. Then map the field on the form to the Jira field. Then you can use an Automation rule for when the value of the custom field changes.
It's possibly doable. Look for the condition for when this field is updated to a value. I have done it for other fields unless there is something special about the custom fields you are using.
