Unable to download excel file on my Jira board

Can you try to delete the values "19058" and "19063" from the JQL and try again?

however, can you put me through on how to delete values from JQL ?

Just Edit from here:

delete 19058, and 19063, and SAVE

After delete the values 19058 and 19063
I was unable to save as the save option is graded out.

I have done that and tried downloading.
However, the error is still the same.
