what does this error mean?

When trying to export a confluence page to a .PDF, I get the following message....

"we couldn't complete your export. Failed to create a location and file for the .PDF format

Are you able to share a screenshot of the message? Have you tried refreshing the page and exporting again or using a different browser? Is the page large or does it have any plugin data on it?
