I have added validator to transition but the validator did not work

Hi community

I have added a validator to transition of child issues workflow but validator didn't work as expected and the child issues was completed

Epic status=EA Review

now Epic Status = SA review 

but the child issue was completed even the epic status is not in EA review status.

Parent status validator doesnt work for Epic - story relation yet.
