Unable to migrate Jira server to cloud

Hello,

I have a Jira service desk in a Jira Server and I want to migrate it to a cloud site. When I go to the migration cloud site shown in the first image

go to migration dashboard and try to create a migration. I am unable to select a destination site as shown in this image

I have checked that the user is in the admin groups. I have also tried to install Jira Cloud Migration Assistant app in the cloud site but it does not appear and it seems it is not available for cloud or it is pre-installed. Any solution to perform the migration?

I have managed to migrate to the cloud as it is shown in the following images

It appears in the cloud site as a new Jira Service Managment project but I can´t see the tickets and the customers. I have checked and I there are all the issue types and workflow scheme of the new project imported. It might be early as in the message of the first image it is saying that it might take some time to see all the data? Or there is something else happening?

@Admin hi there! I see Nicolas and Dave pointed out the steps you need to migrate. I'd simply want to add another migration option for you to explore. It includes the usage of a 3rd party solutions - such as ZigiOps. It will connect your instances, sync their data and help you migrate the data you need quickly. ZigiOps does not store your data so it's completely safe to use. Also, there are no limitations to the amount of data migrated.

Feel free to look at ZigiOps and if you want to know more about how it works and migrates, do not hesitate to drop the team a line.
