Is there any way to provide more "context" in the search results. As I understand, it is called excerpts ?
Is it possible to have longer text result for each search result ?
@Wasting Welcome to the Atlassian community
There is not a current feature to allow you to do this. You can submit a feature request here though. https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10440
Is there any way to use a custom search engine or a third party search engine ?
@Wasting I do not know of any 3rd party search. You could use the API to create your own search.
Hello @Wasting
we are still working to provide our solution "iFinder Confluence Search" also for Confluence cloud in some weeks.
I will come back to you, once it is available.
Thanks,
Robby
