Hi,when linking child issue or creating an issue in Backlog, issue type icons created by our app are not displayed or are displayed incorrectly (too big). Any idea why does it happen?

Yes, it's happening for all users in different browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox.
In this case I would refer you to Atlassian Support so they can have a look especially if the issue wasn't occurring previously.
